We understand you may have your own design/plans/permissions etc, which can then form the basis of the project, allowing to step into to support you at virtually any stage along the project journey.

The Stages

There are four main stages Concept, Planning, Build and Completion.

1. Concept

Discuss your goals, the feasibility of the project and how Siteline can help.

We then prepare a plan and strategy, if necessary, working closely with our trusted network.

2. Planning

Architectural and structural plans are then drawn up, in conjunction with the appropriate professionals, such as architects, planners and engineers. We also check that the client understands the plan and make sure it aligns with their vision, budgets and timelines.

Costed specifications are then drawn up, telling the client exactly what will be delivered, what materials will be provided, and what labour and material costs are going to be along with a timeline for the project. This information is vital for removing ambiguity and controlling the project moving forward.

3. Build

Once the design and planning is approved, and the contract signed, we will commence building woks using our experienced and dependable builders. A contractor is allocated to the project who will manage both the site and the build team. 

We respond immediately if the client changes their mind during the project. The fact that we have everything detailed and signed removes the chance of any confusion.

Once the project is underway, we hold regular fortnightly meetings to discuss progress with the client, using a mutually agreed time table, and, if necessary, realign details and agree actions to meet the original agreement. This reduces any risk element for both parties.

4. Completion

Once the construction is finished and approved by the client, we’ll obtain the final certificates from the local authority building inspectors and warranty providers, and hand the property over to the client.
