As Managing Director of Strongoak Investments, Suzi leads the team in sourcing investments, structuring deals and the ongoing management of property assets.

Specialising in adding value to property. We do this with multiple strategies such as, converting commercial into residential, building residential on land or reconfiguring existing residential property. We have experience in back to back sales, planning gain, straight refurb, flips, build to rent, commercial conversion and new build. All of the mentioned have been covered both hands on and also project management from start to completion. The majority of my work involve Joint Venture partners. We combine assets, whether that be, experience, expertise or finance.
